TPO
The bright white workhorse of modern commercial roofing. Heat-welded seams form a single continuous sheet, and the reflective surface cuts cooling costs 15% to 30% through a Minnesota summer.
PVC / IB
Our specialty. IB Roof Systems PVC membranes carry warranties of 15 to 25 years, resist chemicals, grease, and ponding water, and hold up on restaurants and industrial roofs where other membranes give up.
EPDM
The black rubber membrane found on half the flat roofs in the Twin Cities. Flexible through our temperature swings and straightforward to repair when seams and punctures show up.
Tar & Pea Gravel (Built-Up)
The classic layered system on older buildings. Tough, proven, and common across the metro. Leaks hide under the gravel, so tracing them takes experience, which is exactly what we bring.
Modified Bitumen
Smooth, torch-applied or self-adhered asphalt sheets. Cracks and blisters as it ages, and is often a strong candidate for restoration coating instead of a full tear-off.
Metal
Standing seam and corrugated panels on sloped commercial sections. We repair leaks at fasteners, seams, and penetrations, and handle full panel replacement when the system is at end of life.
Acrylic & Silicone Coatings
A restoration option that can add years to a sound but aging roof at a fraction of replacement cost. We tell you honestly when a roof qualifies and when it does not.
Mixed Roofs
Additions over the decades mean many buildings carry two or three different systems. We map every section, identify each membrane, and give you one plan that covers the whole building.
